GLAUCOMA
It is an eye disease that is characterized by loss of vision as a result of damage to the optic nerve, usually caused by an increase in intraocular pressure.
If you do not have adequate control with medications, you may require Laser treatment or surgery. The treatments aime to reduce the pressure to effectively prevent the loss of vision. It is important to bear in mind that the damage caused by this pathology is irreversible once it has been produced, that is why rapid and adequate control is essential.
